Hijacked

I have this super crazy funny boy.
He is pretty quiet, so the things that he does and says are sometimes quite unexpected.
I love that he has a quick sense of humor, and keeps people laughing.  Or just shaking their heads at what he says an does.
Recently, he enjoys hijacking my cell phone.
This is what I found.

Who wouldn't love this face!
Gotta love this kid.

Last Sunday in church when we were finished with our lesson in sunbeams I was trying to fix Hannah's hair that she managed to pull part way out of her pony, she took my phone and asked to take 3 pictures.  I'm pretty sure she took about 12, and they all looked like this...

She is a crazy fun girl.  Teaching 3 year olds is AWESOME!

Pinterest Crafts

Instead of just pinning things, I decided to maybe try and make something from Pinterest.  Here are a few of the things I have made this year.
I started with a craft for Valentines Day
Kelly came over and we made this one together.  It was super cute.

Next was craft night with Roxy.  She wanted to hang out and make something and this is what she picked.
The next craft day was when Mackenzie was home for presidents day weekend.  All the boys went to the hockey game and Kenz, Kelly, Gemma, and I went to dinner and the craft store and then came home and started on these.  I made this for my front door.

Kenzie couldn't decide on one thing so she picked 3.  She had to finish the string one back at school.  The day her and Jordan left to go home we were furiously pounding the nails in so she could work on it on the drive.  I guess that didn't work out too well and she had to wait until she got back home and then had to round up a hammer.  They all turned out really cute though.

And finally my last  thing is a decoration for St. Patricks Day.  We had craft night with the Miller Girls at Linda's house (mom in law)  Colleen and Kim were there (sisters in law)  We all picked our own thing and brought it to work on.  We had yummy soup and pie and talked and laughed.  This is going to be a monthly gathering so hopefully more cute stuff to come.

Goal update...

Here it is, another new month. Where does the time go anyway?  Just a quick goal update to keep myself in check...
1-Writing on this blog.  Well, that didn't go super great in February.  I only did it 2 times.  I have a hard time feeling like I have something important to say sometimes.  Oh well, that gives me something to improve on this month right?  (Well, by something, I mean something else)
2-Monthly temple attendance.  I did not make it to the temple in February but I did go last night which was March 1st.  We decided that we get ripped off at least 2 days in February so it really should count right?  I mean, if it had been leap year it would have counted.  I can justify all day long but the only way I can really make it count is if I go again in March (which I plan to do).  Yep, room for improvement in this area also.
3-Spend less, save more.  Well, if you saw the post about my hair you will know that I failed here also.  I have still been putting into my savings accounts and getting some debt paid down but the extension buying KILLED my spending less goal.  Nuff said about that little mistake.
4-Run a half marathon.  This one is going well.  We did get officially signed up and paid and last week we started our 12 week training program.  Can I just say WHAT WAS I THINKING? We only had to run 11 miles last week and I am definitely feeling it.  This week ahead is 16...
5-Be kinder.  I really don't know how to judge myself on this one.  I'm pretty sure I need to keep working on it a lot.

Here's to improvement  in March.
